Personal Relationships

Personal relationships

We are a social species and the quality of our relationships has a huge influence on our well-being and happiness. However, personal relationships – whether love, family or friend – can be complex or difficult (sometimes both) and we need help navigating our way towards harmony.

We are all different. We see things from different perspectives, we do things in different ways, we communicate differently. These differences create interest in our personal relationships. They can help us support one another and work together to find solutions. They can be the beacon that draws us towards someone. And yet, these differences can also be a source of frustration, of conflict, of drama. They can cause difficulties of one kind or another.

For people experiencing problems in personal relationships – whether with a partner, family member, friend or acquaintance, or several people – we can help you to acquire skills and understanding to navigate your way to more harmonious relationships.

This support is conveniently accessible both in our ELK-Clinics (online or face-to-face) and in our Programme for Personal Relationships, which is delivered via apps and games. Richte Personal is our online programme for people who would like more harmony in their personal relationships.
