Anhöriglinjen (Relative line) is a national support phone and is staffed by relatives or those who have been close to someone struggling with a mental condition, and they have a great amount of experience.

Anonyma Alkoholister (Anonymous Alcoholics)
AA, Anonymous Alcoholics have a helpline where you can call anonymously and ask questions about the AA and alcohol. It is also for people who have relatives or people close to them who drink too much. Those answering the phone have plenty of experience of alcohol misuse and are sober alcoholics.

Supportline for you that has suffered through threats or violence. Relatives are also welcome to call. You can be anonymous and the call won’t be visible on the phone bill.

Kyrkans Jourtjänst (The church’s on-call service)
To share the hard things with someone makes a difference. You can contact the on-call phone or SOS-mailbox anonymously. Those answering the call have professional secrecy and are trained to give emotional support in difficult situations.

PrevenTell is a national helpline that you can if you feel you have lost control over your sexuality, if you are worried regarding thoughts and actions, or if you are scared of hurting yourself or others. The call is free of charge and will not appear on your phone bill.
