Our initial programme, I Can Change My Mind, will be for children aged 8 to 10.

This will be followed by a programme for teens called
I Can Change My Moods.

We are starting with children for a very good reason:

Many teenage mental health issues begin in the early years. Both of these programmes are designed to reduce the epidemic levels of unhappiness and self-harming in young people.

We are developing lots of programmes:

#CertainAboutUncertainty – A foundational series to foster resilience during uncertain times, for different age ranges from 8 to 80+

CalmBaby – designed to alleviate stress before, during and post-pregnancy in order to nurture the wellbeing of the baby into adulthood

NoWeigh – provides a sustainable means of reducing excess body-fat

Type2.Club – for support in reversing Type 2 diabetes

Plus programmes for:
Anxiety
Depression
Stress
Feeling alone
Memory difficulties
Relationship problems.
